📦 Orders & Shipping
What shipping carrier do you use, and how fast is shipping?
We primarily ship through USPS Ground Advantage to help save you money. Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, and we work fast — most orders are packed and shipped within one business day or less.
Do you offer international shipping?
We're currently finalizing the details for international shipping. If you're located outside the U.S. and unable to place an order, please reach out via our contact form. We’d love to hear from you and work on making international access possible.
How do you package collectibles?
With care — always. We understand how important condition is to collectors, so we use protective materials to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. If something does go wrong in transit, just send us a photo and description and we’ll make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through Shopify, which accepts a variety of major payment methods depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return window.
Return shipping costs and a $2 restocking fee may apply depending on the reason for the return. If you're unsure, just reach out and we’ll walk you through the process.
🧸 Products & Sourcing
Are your items new or used?
We're shifting toward offering mostly new products, but we’ll always make room for the exciting, pre-loved treasures we find during our hunts. You'll see a mix — clearly labeled — because both new-in-box and vintage charm deserve a spotlight.
Where do you find your inventory?
Everywhere! We source from wholesale distributors, private sellers, estate sales, and fellow collectors. If it’s cool, collectible, and authentic — we’re interested.
🔍 Condition & Authenticity
How do you describe item condition?
We always call out any noticeable flaws in our listings and provide clear, high-quality images. While we do our best to highlight every detail, we encourage buyers to carefully review photos and ask questions before purchasing if they need more info.
Are your items authenticated or graded?
Some of our items are already authenticated or professionally graded, and this will be clearly stated in the listing. We do not offer authentication services ourselves, but we’re happy to help clarify item details when needed.
